Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support

Location: Irving, TX/Remote within 2hrs of DFW area (after 60 days of successful training) 
Job Type: Full-time

Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls using active listening skills and assessing customer needs
• Provide exceptional quality service with every interaction
• Perform activations, technical support, billing questions, device issues to resolution
• Stay current with Conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of wireless customer service highly preferred
• Excellent attendance performance. Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
• Strong technical knowledge with cell phone devices to troubleshoot issues
• Experience with telecom billing, MVNO provisioning, data usage limits preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office
• Flexible with schedule including working evenings and/or Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
• High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree preferred

Successful completion of drug screen testing and or background check and or reference check.
