Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Responsibilities:
Answering inbound calls using active listening skills and assessing customer needs
Provide exceptional quality service with every interaction
Perform activations, technical support, billing questions, device issues to resolution
Stay current with Conservative causes and industry information, news, technology, and events
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Cell Phone Customer Service Tech Support Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of wireless customer service highly preferred
Excellent attendance performance. Punctual, reliable, and dependable.
Strong technical knowledge with cell phone devices to troubleshoot issues
Experience with telecom billing, MVNO provisioning, data usage limits preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient computer skills with multiple programs open, including Microsoft Office
Flexible with schedule including working evenings and/or Saturdays. We are closed on Sundays.
High School Degree with some college/Associates Degree preferred
Successful completion of drug screen testing and or background check and or reference check.
